Scheduled

• Construction of a bypass road leading towards the New Recruit Centre which will commence in 2012.
• Separation of plots for poor families (they will be allocated in 2012).
• Construction of the Creative Activity Centre for the Inactive Population”.
• It concerns the creation of a centre which will combine the provision of high quality social services based on the applied research to reinstate inactive population into the production procedure.
• This centre will include an infirmary, a laundry which will serve the elderly, sitting rooms, a dining room with a kitchen, a multiple-usage hall suitable for teaching and research, a library, studies, storage rooms, sanitary areas and car parks.
• This centre will cover a total surface of 840 square metres and has already been granted a Construction Permit, while the project is at the last stage of being approved to be co-funded by European Funds or through the development projects budget. 
• Preparation of blueprints for the construction of a sewerage system for rainwater which flows mainly from the New Recruit Centre and the area of the refinery.  
• Aligning of the road leading from Anarita to Timi.
• Expansion of the water supply network.
• Exchange of a private plot with a state-owned plot for the construction of a car park, a square, a folk art museum and a nursery school.
• Fencing and construction of dressing rooms at the community stadium.
• Asphalting of the road leading from our community to the Industrial Zone of Timi – Agia Varvara.
• Construction of a basketball and volleyball court in a greenery area at the location Aristo.
